Big issue is that they overbill.

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.
