They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
