The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
