Never ever going back to this doctor again and never will my son's pediatric office refer patients here again.

I have a 2.5 year old son who fracture his arm. My son originally had his x-rays done at Lawrence General Hospital and they sent over 5 X-rays to Dr. Brady's office. When we showed up to Dr. Brady's office, we waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room, then were brought into an exam room where we waited an ADDITIONAL hour and 45 minutes before we ever saw Dr. Brady. He came in, felt my son's arm for about 20 seconds, then said he was okay and sent us on our way. My wife said we were sent here for his arm to be taken care of because we were told it was broken from radiology and our pediatrician. He admitted to not reviewing the x-rays or the notes sent over from the hospital. He then looked at one out of the five x-rays, said there was nothing broken and told us to leave.

He would not listen to us nor examine the rest of the x-rays. We then sought out a second doctor from Essex Orthopedics for a second opinion who told us that our son's arm was indeed broken and was able to care for it.

Beware of going to this doctor. He is not thorough, treats you terribly, does not have good office staff. When I called the office manager Judith Basil, I had to leave her a message because she was not in. She has yet to return my call and I have left a second message. The front desk could not determine when she is in because she is in and out of meetings. Not helpful at all.
