Not at all! I was able to schedule my surgery at my own convenience

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because I could call the office any time and receive a call back, even on a Sat night when Dr. Costas was on vacation! I always felt comfortable, and always left the office feeling better about myself. I had a TRAM Flap breast replacement surgery immediately after a skin sparing mastectomy. Subsequently, I had reduction and lift surgery on the opposite breast. There have been additional surgeries on the "replacement" breast to ensure the best possible look. I would recommend Dr. Costas to anyone who needs breast surgery. He is an excellent surgeon and an artist, who also happens to work extremely well with his patients. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well, and it is clear they enjoy working with him, and respect him as a physician.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Costas (and his staff) are skilled, kind/compassionate and supportive medical professionals. Both my husband and I have received treatment from Dr. Costas. My husband has many health-related issues that have effected his hands. Dr. Costas has been very kind and caring. His caring and nurturing manner, provided me with the confidence that motivated me to have a cyst removed from my face. The doctor recognized my trepidation and was kind and supportive before, during, and after the surgical intervention. Dr. Costas is a wonderful man and a skill surgeon.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
