Pros: They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait long. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

Cons: I feel that I was manipulated and persuaded in to an unnecessary prescription. I was given tests that 1. I do not need at my age and 2. that I was uninformed of having to pay for out-of-pocket. I have been extremely dissatisfied after every appointment for the past four years. Furthermore, they have never made any effort to follow up with me after my visits and it made me feel very unimportant.
