They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Both my kids have seen Dr. Simpson for broken bones. The office is run very efficiently. Nurses or Assistants have a great way with kids - very gentle and compassionate. My kids also loved Dr. Simpson. Very caring. I would have liked more information from him. I did feel like I had to ask questions to get the information I needed. (Maybe that's preferable to him telling me too much or talking "over my head"?). Anyway, I would surely go back there if ever needed! And I've even reccommended him to others.
