It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. My son (20 months old) is on the autism spectrum because of this my son has a hard time with being made to do something. I had to hold him down and he cried so much that the test wasn't completed. Which was understandable and sucks. Dr. Lind then stated we would have to retest because he couldn't properly diagnose if his hearing was affected because he was too upset. I said I know...Dr. Lind then said someone needs to be the boss
. It's easy to judge I guess when you don't know how it is....
