Dr. Roni Dinkes, who prefers to be called "Roni" is a caring Audiologist, who is honest with her patients. She does not work on commission and works in a no pressure sales situation which made me feel comfortable, she even suggested I go home discuss it with my family and take my time to research my options. It is rare today to find a medical professional who takes the time to talk to you, explain the test results. and takes the additional time to talk with family members. She was recently recognized in Baltimore's Magazine Top Doctors as the ONLY Audiologist listed. I believe that says it all.

Not only does the office run ON-TIME, the staff are kind and Roni took the time to answer all my questions. Johns Hopkins Bayview Audiology is a class act. They took the time to discuss my results and offer me many options with zero pressure to purchase anything. I felt safe in Roni's care. Would recommend to everyone.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
