Helpful, thorough and not pushy. Explained everything. Deals in good solid products but you can get similar at Costco for half the price. Do your homework on cost and quality. Not all of Costco's are good quality.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Barb provides a great service in a friendly manner and a fun atomosphere while at the same time being so professional. She has done her homework on researching the latest technology in hearing aides and is very careful to analyze each client as an individual to meet their specific needs.

She has also developed creative ways to assist with financing for her clients to meet different budgetary requirements.
