I left feeling extremely educated on my condition. Not only were all my questions answered, but they were answered fully and comprehensively. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. She diagnosed my hearing loss, but indicated amplification would not help as much as I had hoped. She sacrificed a profitable sale because she adheres to ethics. I highly recommend.
