Dr. Smith has an A 1 personality. I love how he explains everything for you so that you can understand what he is doing and what can be done to increase your ability to hear better. He will not try to sell you the most expensive type of hearing aids just to make money for himself. He answers every question that you may have. His is office assistant is very friendly. She always greet you with a smile.
