I got my hearing aids at the Vestal Office of Empire Hearing.That office is quite a drive for me since I live in New Milford, PA. Thank Goodness you have opened an office in Hallstead, PA! How convenient! And Eric Freeman, who mans the Hallstead Office, couldn't be nicer to deal with - always courtious and helpful. I'm so glad you opened that Hallstead Office!

I was pleased that the office remained open after Michele's retirement. Tonya continues to work in the office and was her happy self as always. Chris tested my hearing; he made me very comfortable and was very friendly. I was informed of technology improvements available in hearing aides. My hearing aides are about 4 years old and in good working order. I shared that I wasn't looking for new ones at this time. I will definitely return for further hearing tests every six months and anticipate ordering new hearing aides within the next 18 months. I felt no pressure from any of the staff.

My elderly mother saw Dr Simon last month. I accompanied my mother at the visit and was impressed by the care provided by Dr. Simon. Dr Simon cleaned wax out of both of my mother's plugged ears. She performed this procedure without causing any pain to my mother, something she was very concerned about and was Leary of having her Primary Care Physician perform. She took the time to question my mother about her recent hearing loss, tested her thoroughly, and explained the test results so that she understood her options.
I highly recommended Dr. Simon.
