Dr. Ruskin may be a fine doctor , but his staff is not helpful at all. Had to pay extra out of my own pocket because they would not file a claim properly. When asked to do it again by my Health Insurance , they had every excuse not to help me. Paid over $ 1000.00 more than I should , because they do not want to file extra paperwork for their patient. Just beware before you have your visit.

Dr. Ruskin is a great Dr. you do need to get used to his demeanor. He is very competant and the nursing staff is great. The only thing I dislike about going there is Dr. Ruskins wife, She usually works the front desk. She is rude, snippy and just plain not nice. My wife needed EMERGENCY surgery and she had the gall to call me and tell me I had to pay my $100 deductible to her before she would let the Dr. operate. That is a douche bag move.
Any time I would talk to her on the phone she was just very rude and not caring. I would use Dr. Ruskin again but I would avoid the front desk like the plague.

I used to go to Dr. Ruskin for several years when I lived in Orlando from 2006-09. He is really one of the best colo-rectal MDs in the Orlando area -- Altamonte Springs was a bit of a haul from where I lived, but I didn't mind at all because he took great care of me. He's a sweetheart as well as his wife, who is the receptionist. Great personality -- and excellent medical attention!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Not really, it wasn't very clean
