I was seen on an urgent basis. The problem and planned procedure were explained in great detail, follow up visit was brief but adequate. Further follow up visits have been with nurse practitioners, both very friendly and concerned, no complaints as all questions were answered promptly and professionally. I can't say enough about the surgeon who likely saved my life
