They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
