I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
