The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
