They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. They won't call you back. Your only hope is to ask for Sheila, his OR nurse. I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Shortest time ever to get in with a scheduled appointment was over 2 hours. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. You will wait and wait and wait. And then, you'll wait some more. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. He's a good doctor with a terrible staff. He doesn't talk much, but he's considered very good. Good luck getting in to see him and good luck with your follow up appointments. You will wait forever, even if you are the first appointment of the day!

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
