I want to start by saying she made me feel as if I was wanted. She cares for my needs and concerns. I have been driving to Springfield to see my dr and needed someone here in town and I chose her and just loved her vibe and how she treats me. I am sad to say besides all but nothing good to say about her is some of the staff are horrible I have gotten my blood drawn twice by Michelle and she was rude to me. N the front desk lady w brown straight hair w glasses is horrible. I went in today 1-23-17 AGAIN to get blood drawn and I again went to the same lady up front and she snapped at me today because she said I can not just do a walk in to get my blood drawn. I said in a nice way that I'm sorry I did last time and they didn't say I couldn't. She SLAMMED her hand down HARD on my paper n said I'll see what they say n literally stormed out into the back to ask. Thank goodness they saw me. But I honestly don't think I can even go back to see my lovely Dr Green because of how I have been treated. My sister in law was w me today and witnessed the whole thing. I went out crying n said I just can't. The lady that drew my blood today was very nice to me. I'm just so torn because I love Dr Green.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
