Be careful what you disclose to this lady about yourself. First of all, if you want to have a relationship built on trust with a provider she is not the person. After reviewing my medical records from this provider, I found that she charted confidential information I believed confidential. Also, beside the MAJOR confidentiality issue with her, I found she was making leaps and bounds with with the type of medication I needed for hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), that a Doctor (a real one) in her own office told me I didn't need. Please see a different nurse practitioner or physician if you wish to have a relationship built on trust...
