He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
