Tracey is not sympathetic to any situation, nor does she know the definition of empathetic. She has terrible bedside manner, never returns calls, fails to follow up with her patients, changes prescription information without notifying the patient & from personal experience.... I made "3" attempts to get the clinic to release my records to a new provider & still haven't received them. Tracey Nelson follows no medical ethics, shouldn't have a License to diagnose/treat patients & doesn't deserve her title as a NP; TRUE Nurse Practitioners actually CARE for each individual. I will never visit that clinic again if my life depended on it.
