Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. She takes the time to listen to me. I had a great experience. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The only issue is the wait time. If you have an appointment at 2 you probably won't be seen until after 3 - that is how it has been each time I've been there. Other than that - it is great.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
