They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Every time I call although my son has not been seen for 5 years the staff has bent over and up-side-down to provide documents for college or ROTC on a moments notice to exposure life changing decisions for my son. I am amazed to get the service and compassion. It is not normal procedure.
