I was told to call 30 minutes before appointment time. I did, so the wait was short. Dr. Hammerman answered all my questions, and explained what would be don (with visual aids) and why. I found him to be knowlegible and compassionate. His office staff was also very helpful. I would recommend him highly

Dr. Hammerman has great bedside manner. He answered my questions and took the time to listen. His policy of calling 30 minutes prior great reduced the wait time in the office as I arrived and left within an hour.

If you do not mind spending hours and hours trying to get in the office for your appointment, and then wait at least another hour once you do get there...this is the place for you! Totally overbooked. Dr. Hammerman is nice but is staff sucks! They did not follow thru on crucial stuff needed for my further care...i have since switched doctors!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I always enjoy my appointments here.
