Dr. Southard and his staff treated me at all times with excellant medical care and were very through and kind in their patient service support. My surgical care was a very positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others or use him again for any needed procedures.

They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to what I had to say. They are usually prepared for my appointment and remember my case somewhat. They could work on improving their level of customer service here; wait times are often extreme. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Their prices were fair. The level of care you get for the price is average. They do however play really obnoxious faux-"Christian" pop music. It is sometimes loud and often obnoxious. They don't push their religion per se, but will usually pray before procedures and you can't miss that they are "into" their brand of ideology. If that bothers you, another doctor would be better.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
