Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are thoughtful and professional. It is obvious the office is cleaned regularly. They always made sure that I wasn't in any unnecessary pain.
