The office staff were bordering on rude and condescending. It appeared that any question was an irritation to them. The nurse was extremely abrupt and stood at the door with her arms crossed and with one foot crossed over the other, while my husband limped to get through the door. Dr. Striplin is efficient, and skilled with no wasted conversation, but to the point where it seemed an inconvenience to ask anything. During his visits after surgery, he seemed rushed; he needs to exhibit a more holistic attitude.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
