I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've had some problems with their billing office staff though. Out of 20 times I called there to speak with the biller and pay my bill (I always had to leave a message, she seemed never be in the office) she called me back only twice. The second time she called me back only after I complained to the office manager.

I spent a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. My appointments never get canceled at the last minute. They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
