We were referred over by our Primary care and after waiting over an hour, we were told the doctor could not help us. This was by Brenda, his office manager. We were in the room a total of 2 minutes, never saw the doctor, and were not refunded our co payment. It was only a small amount from our insurance, but it was the principle that since they could not help us, they should have been professional and compassionate in this economy to refund our co-payment, so we can afford to see the correct doctor. Brenda was not condescending, rude and short with us, as it was the end of the day, and acted upset that I should even request my co-pay. I will NEVER go there again, and would NEVER recommend this office, just due to Brenda. Maybe Dr Scoggin is good, and doesn't need patients, so, guess he won't care!
