They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I've been to a lot of orthopedics, but never one that was so genuinely concerned. Dr. Cantrell took excellent care of me!
