Got my Left thumb tip bit off by dog. Dr DeLoache done surgery, made a flap and saved my thumb. Fantastic Surgeon. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic surgeries.

Their office was kind of gross. The leather chairs looked like they hadn't been wiped down in an eternity. I was pretty satisfied with my visit with the PA until my bill arrived! I felt the charges were exhorbitant in that they charged $300 to guide the needle for a shot to my shoulder. The cost of the injection procedure was $125 and the medicine for the shot was $30. Total cost of shot $455!!! The office visit was an addtional $186, and the x-ray totaled about $140. All in all for a shoulder pain, which has returned, my cost for that office visit was over $800.....for a shot and an x-ray. My biggest concern was the notice I received that said my payment was overdue. The billing department had written PAST DUE ! in red on the bill for $16.25. Our insurance paid for all but $16.25 and this was the first statement that the dr office had sent us. The bill was received on 3-2-13 and the insurance paid them on 2-5-13. I believe we probably weren't on the last billing cycle due to the office waiting on the insurance payment. All in all....I will not return to his office because I feel a PA should be able to give you a shot without the use of an ultrasound to guide his needle. AMAZING is what I have to say about this racket.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
