Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

It was easy to get appointment times that worked for my schedule. There were only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions fully - most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The front desk staff was fabulous, but the back staff were guessing VERY incorrectly at my problem. Had to go to different MD (VERY inconvenient & frustrating) to finally get problem correctly diagnosed & treated - and we saw 3 different doctors at TCO! They should really allow for more time in between appointments, and have more experienced doctors if they want to keep any business. WON'T go back.
