After waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment in the waiting room (at what seemed like a normal volume for a doctors office)listening to a pair of unprofessional receptionists discussing private patient information and commenting on patients' attitudes and intelligence level, I met with Dr. Walker, who didn't seem to care about my concerns. I had come in for problems with my knee and back, and after not looking at my back, he decided that he didn't know what was wrong with my knee and that my best bet would be to come back for physical therapy for 6 weeks (the pt place is attached to the Concord office). Why would I give more money to someone who clearly both dismissed my concerns and didn't even look at the place giving me pain? Do not waste your time or money....
