I called this office after being refered by the Bay Pines VA for a shoulder surgery. I never even bothered to get an appointment. The woman who answers the phone is very rude and unproffesional. She made me feel as though I was not worth her time, and of no importance to the practice. I cannot believe that in todays economy that a potential customer (with guaranteed payment at that) would be just brushed off so readily. I would not recomend even bothering to call this office.
