I have been seeing Dr. Raterman for hip pain. I've never felt like an annoyance to him or his staff, no matter how many questions I have. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but Dr. Raterman is a surgeon and this does sometimes happen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options for my hip. Everything was explained in detail. Dr. Raterman wants to try alternatives before surgery, so I am having a hip injection first. I'll definitely be going back. I had a really good experience. The office was prepared for my appointment and very friendly.
