Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
