The entire staff at Dr. O'Brien's office is caring and extremely helpful. They inform you every step of the way as to what is going on and what is happening. Dr. O'Brien gave my 5 year old daughter and myself great confidence when having to do surgery on her broken arm. I'm so thankful to have her in his care for this accident. He is the absolute best!

Dr. Obrien seemed knowledgeable; however, had poor bedside manner. He was very rushed, cut off my sentences, and was quite pretentious.

Waited over 1 ½ hours before seeing anyone.

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts.
