Knowledgeable and fantastic doctor. Very available and at the visit, answered all my questions. She was great with both my teenage and elementary age sons. She made sure that I understood that she was available should I have any issues or questions after the visit. Office personnel were friendly and again, available. Plus they have a huge choice of waterproof casts and know how to apply these to survive childrens' antics.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No. It took me several times to get through.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Dr. McHale spent a lot of time before, during and after our son's surgery to explain everything thoroughly. She continued to follow-up after the surgery, gave us her home phone number and even opened her office especially for us on her day off so that she could loan us a piece of equipment that our son needed for therapy. She was absolutely amazing and now that our son has another football injury we would not even consider taking him to anyone else. We have already recommended Dr. McHale to our friends and family.

The office was so crowded that we had to wait at least an hour every time we visited. My daughter's injury was misdiagnosed and she had to spend an additional 6 weeks on crutches. Since the doctor never spoke to us before putting a cast on her leg, this is not at all suprising.
