I would give his less stars. Let's just say that when I pointed out that my injured shoulder was enlarged with bone spur and cartilage growth, he slumped over and started to walk like Quasimodo and told me that I was holding one shoulder higher than the other. My issue might not be a shoulder replacement where he can make lots of money... but he was disrespectful and nasty. I left there sobbing.

My visits resulted in PT to improve my shoulder that was painful and limited movement. With the therapy he prescribed the condition improved enormously.
