Having surgery with Dr. Conti was the worst decision I've ever made. I had a minor problem going into the surgery, and the surgery made my condition dramatically worse and, in addition, generated a series of new problems. I am now in a wheelchair. I wish I had never met that doctor.

Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. After waiting over four hours past my scheduled appointment on more than one occasion I left, but still had to pay $5 to get my car out of the garage. I had an appointment scheduled in Seven Fields, only to find out that he was in Cranberry that day.
