They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, but were very busy. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. the Dr. was very helpful, but it is very much a difficult thing to get a follow up visit..almost impossible. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The secretary to the individual Dr. does not return calls or address concerns in a timely manner, and this reflects poorly on the Dr.
