They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
