They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
