After testing, you can not get in to see her to discuss testing results. No one at her office returns calls. Had testing and then could not get a follow up appointment for 4 to 6 months. Totally unexceptionable! Very disappointed with my experience here.

Incompetent office staff. Kept me waiting a long time when there were no other patients in the back. I almost walked out when Loly finally came out to see why she hadn't seen me yet. It's because she never came out to see if I was there! Also, my prep Rx was never called in to my pharmacy. There was also a blatant breach of HIPAA when I was sitting in that waiting room. 3 strikes and you're out!

It's next to impossible to get someone on the phone - no make that impossible. The office is one of the most disorganized medical offices I've ever seen - no that's an understatement - it is far and away the least organized medical group I've ever encountered and I've been in literally dozens. My medical records were non-existent, I'm not sure if Dr. Mannick or her PA knew anything about my medical history, mostly because - after repeated attempts - I was not able to speak to either.

The office phone is consistently answered by the answering machine unless it's after 5:00 PM at which time the answering machine is switched off. And if they do deign to respond to your voice message it's at 7:30 PM and don't miss it, because you can't call the number back. Because - that's right - the answering machine is shut off!

In short Dr. Mannick and Dr. Mannick's staff have repeatedly demonstrated a complete lack of regard for her patients. Let's just say that organization is not one of Dr. Mannick's strengths.

I was so happy to have gone to the appointment. It went even better than I hoped for! I was entirely satisfied with the level of service provided during my visit; I couldn't have asked for more. They had the most caring attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciated the warm welcome. I knew I was in good hands.
