Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

The doctor is polite and he has a good reputation. The nurses and assistants are very nice.
