The staff is nice but Dr. Hartley doesn't take any time to discuss what is going on with you, nor does he look at your previous history before determining what he thinks is the best course of action. I would not recommend this doctor if you want a say at all in your own health care. If you feel that being treated as a faceless patient with a "paint-by-numbers" method of treatment, then he's your guy.
