Unfortunately, I never got the Chance to see this doctor. I read his credential online and was very excited to get an appointment with him but his receptionist, Charlotte, and Manager, Tracey, were very rude and not accommodating. I do not know if it was Charlotte's first day at work because it would explain why she kept me on hold 4 times in 3 minutes even when I requested not to be placed on hold. Then Tracey comes on the phone and says she is the Office Manager in defense mode attitude not trying to hear what my complain was. She had already decided what my problem was. Doctors should understand that their hard work has to be matched from the front desk to the back office. And while this doctor might be excellent in what he does, his staff is not properly trained to be affable, available and accommodating (3 A's) to patients especially the ones that are in pain, like I was at the time of calling. Businesses today strive on Good Customer service, unfortunately Dr Sutliff is on his own because his administrative team lacks professionalism. I hope he reads this and calls a staff meeting or simply train his staff on Phone etiquette. I am certain he is good doctor... too bad I never got treated by him.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
