I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my visit with Dr. Brown. He explained the procedure, listened to my concerns and was very reassuring throughout. The moment that I met him I felt relaxed and reassured not only by his easy going manner but by his obvious professionalism. It means so much to be able to get through what could be a pretty daunting experience feeling confident that it will be just fine.
